The 2 employees behind the counter are rude and look very unhappy to be doing what they are doing. Average food. Not... recommended. Read more
Ordered through Uber eats but decided to pick up at the location as I was on my way. When I arrived at the counter. There is one... other customer and I. So, I provide my name, phone number, complete order, time of order, payment info....still they cannot giveme my order (which is already bagged and stting on the counter) because I do not have my order number. I don't seem to be ableto find it quickly on the app. Instead of helping me... the staff went on ( with the other customer in line) about how I amunprepared and laughed. I asked for help as to where in the app I can see the number. They replied that I should call Uber (implying they make no money out of Uber orders and this is none of their concern...). They added it's just like when I go to thepost office and I should provide a number. ?? As they keep laughing at me, I decided to go back to my car to search through theapp for some help. I checked in past orders, finally finding the order number. I went back inside. I don't even have time togive them the two first digits, they slided the brown bag across the counter. Why was it so important to provide the numberthen? No thank you. As I left, all I hear is rambling about women and their mood...???????? Seriously, accountability andrespect are keys in any customer service role. Plus, they cannot serve you in French. Read more
