Great French Dip Sandwich, the chips are freshly made. The French Onion Soups was good too.
I've always been satisfied with the food and the service. I usually get take out and it's very convenient. It's a friendly,... neighborhood bar and dining area. The staff is nice and it's just a great place to be. Read more
The waiter was awesome and did everything he could to make our meal pleasant. The food was not worth what I had to pay but the... manager did take off one meal so that was better than nothing. So, the number one thing was the chicken Alfredo was not what itshould have been. There was no Alfredo sauce, to much Parmesan. We also ordered flounder and chips that was all over cooked.Then the cheese sticks that we always loved from there was too salty which I think was the breading and the marinara sauce wasold, it had been sitting so long on stove that it was a brown color. Well, they have great wings. But, prices have gone sky high (not really their fault). However, survive is suffering. Again, not... all their fault. No one can get any decent help these days. (Blame Joe Biden). Last two times I went there, I ordered sweetpotato fries to go with my boneless wings, neither time did I receive them. However, they were on the bill. Ice tea was hot withvery little ice in the cup. Asked for a cup of ice and finally received it when I was almost done eating. Also, waiter does nothave straws on their person. Again, after requesting straws for our drinks, we finally received them when we were almost donewith our meal. Waiter writes nothing down. Says he can remember but forgot my sweet potato fries. Both times I just did withoutand after receiving the bill, told them to remove it from the bill. Update : owner/manager replied to review in about one hour.Obviously, it is important to them that customers are satisfied. I was very impressed by that. We give them another try todayand everything (food/service) was perfect. Thanks County Seat. I totally understand about prices being just as hard on diners asit is on the customers. Unfortunately, because of the economy, customers are going to expect only fantastic service fromwaiters/waitresses. The guy that waited on us today was extremely professional. Sort of a dull place. The server was pretty good in answering our questions, explaining about the menu, and getting our order... and food out. The menu itself left something to be desired. The atmosphere came off as a sports bar with a hipster clientele. Iwould be willing to try it again, but the menu needs a little work, and some decent fries would be great. Read more
