It?s only 8pm and I just got off work I was just trying to get food for me and my girlfriend before we went home and this older... lady working at the window gave us a overflowing frozen coke, mind you she told us it was overflowing while proceeding to handit to us and then doesn?t give us napkins takes like 4-5 minutes to come back to the window with food which is fine but thenwhen we ask to have some napkins to clean the mess in our car she says she can?t give us a stack and she already gave us somewhen I watched her give us 2 through the window and then gives us another 6 and was very rude about it. So not only did I justget off work I had a bad encounter on my way home to put more stress on me and now a mess in my car?.. people don?t understandhow little things can be such a big inconvenience?. Ordered 2 impossible burgers, received 2 beef patties instead. One of them was wrapped in an impossible whopper paper and the... other was not. We called the store and the manager claimed that it was correct they just wrap it in different paper. We insistedon a replacement for the one incorrectly marked. The manager tells us to bring in the sandwich, when we do she exclaimed that itwas indeed a beef patty and not an impossible patty. That is when we realized that the patty in the appropriate wrapping wasalso a beef patty that we did not get replaced because it was fully eaten by time we had learned the truth.
