I am a local and I go to this Wendy?s pretty often. And I normally get a taco salad with no tomatoes. I?m not picky and I know... the salads come pre-made. I?m perfectly okay with them picking off the tomatoes as I?m allergic if I eat them. My husband wentthrough to get a salad today and the order taker said they can?t take the tomatoes off. My husband proceeded to explain thatthey do it EVERY time we go there. The lady went and grabbed the manager who?s name is Marshal and another one was there aswell. The manager went on the intercom and told my husband he?s NOT taking the tomatoes off. My husband said idk what the bigdeal was as they do it all the time. Then the manager got very rude and said he refused to take them off and said it was alsobecause they were busy as they had ZERO cars there. So my husband announced that and the manager came back with you can takethem off yourself we?re not taking them off. I was very surprised as no one has ever been so rude in the drive thru about sometomatoes that they always take off. I would give it a zero stars if I could. All he had to say was it was pre made and theyaren?t allowed to take them off. He didn?t have to be so rude and refuse to take them off I would?ve been fine taking them offmyself but if they could do it like always that would be nice too! Read more
