Just got queso and chips and it was good. (We were also having margaritas. )Asked for a couple small bowls and napkins. The... waitress/bartender came back and tossed the napkins down and said "here's your napkins". Never got the small bowls for thelarge order of queso. She was very rude everytime we tried to interact with her. Definitely will not be going back. Read more

It seems no matter what time of the day, or what day of the week, the service is always bad. Recently, I was the only person in... the restaurant area and it took forever to get a waitperson to take my order. The wait staff person was more interested inpreparing for the busy crowd that might?ve been coming in later. The service is always extremely slow and frustrating! It hashappened more than once that I had to get up and find my server to get extra salsa or chips or anything for that matter. Thefood is OK at best. The margaritas are good but expensive. I have never ever had a manager stop by my table to see how thingswere going. It?ll be a cold day in Guadalajara before I go back to this restaurant. Seriously, there has to be better Mexicanrestaurants than this place. Maybe if people start going to other Mexican restaurants where the service and food is better,they?ll finally get the idea that they need to hire more waitstaff and provide better service, or hire a manager that actuallycares enough to check on the customers.
