We decided to give this place a second chance. 1.Ordered Blue Moon ...received unknown beer with orange slice ( definitely not... Blue Moon). 2. Ordered Coconut shrimp as an appetizer ....it was terrible , I'm almost certain it's a frozen fully cooked bagthey heat up ...it was served on a stone cast iron skillet on top of a stone cold plate. 3. Ordered 2x Bistro Filet dinner- meatcooked meduim temp ( picture enclosed)....it was beyond terrible...the fillet was cut into 7 pieces and burnt ...it had thisdisgusting aftertaste and to cover it they put a terrible sauce over it ...evidently it's the season of carrots because wereceived half a plate worth...mash was decent. 4. We were given butter knives for our "great" Filet dinner. Extremelyoverpriced garbage meal. Please do not waste your hard earned money at this place!!! Read more
Had lunch and it was not crowded but the service was not good. Took too long to take our order. Too long for food to come out.... Food was basically dropped on the table by uninspired staff. The food was very expensive ($3 extra for criss-cut fries versusregular and were overcooked) and not worth the money plus they automatically added a 20% gratuity and a mysterious devicecharge of $2.66??? . We were a party of four plus a child. Would not have given a 20% tip for service. Honestly this was one of the worst dinning experiences I have had. The food took an hour and a half to get to our table, the... appetizers we ordered came out after our entrees and the server dropped it on us. I ordered a medium rare burger and it came outwell done. The fries were ice cold, when we asked what beers they had on tap she said local ones and then walked away. Therestaurant was dirty, the drink we ordered tasted like simple syrup and nothing else. Went to see a live band here and the atmosphere was great. Everybody had a great time, dancing was fun, drinks were good, and... people were amazing. We will definitely be back. Edit to add food review: service was horrible waited over 15 mins for drinksand ended up having to ask the busser for our check. Fries were cold and food was overpriced. Truly AWFULLY terrible. If you can avoid it, do so at all cost! They serve cheap food, charging over $12 for "Garlic Rolls" that... were not in the slightest even close to being disguised. These were clearly 4 SWEET hawaiian rolls. Drenched in butter, andtopped with green onions. Just so sad people can get a way with this! We couldn't even finish eating this stuff it was so awful.Who ever thought to put together such a thing!? You take your food home thinking maybe it was just the moment but no! Then whenyou call and go back to request a refund, you have to email the owner in "hopes" of a response. I literally NEVER reviewbusinesses but how could I NOT, after such awful food taste, quality and price. I could go on to say Dinner was also quitehonestly disappointing. "Fried" chicken breast and mash potatoes. The chicken was clearly half fried, you could taste thefreezer, AND nasty oil they used (and definitely wasn't cleaned). Ugh Utterly despicable Restaurant and I only wish you'd dobetter and make this right! $50 on dinner, left starving how in the world is this what we have come to? Stolen! and I have tohunt you down to be treated fairly? Keep the $50! Just know you took this money from a hard working couple who has been JUSTbarely been making it through.
