I know prices are up. And, so I?m not complaining about spending over 15.00 for 2 pieces of chicken. But, when this place first... opened quality was top notch. Every time I go back now, it?s gotten worse and worse. Chicken I got today was literally almostimpossible to eat. Skin was like leather, and the meat was very dry and bland. I'm giving this place 5 stars because it had the best catfish I've had in Lincoln so far. The Irish whiskey was a nice touch... too. The white beans were yummy and the coleslaw was better than average. I walked in expecting a drive in with chicken, andwalked out happier than I've been with the catfish dinner I wasn't expecting. I was really surprised, I usually drive by this place and honestly never got my attention but I wanted to try some wings. Wow... was missing out the wings are delicious and a great size. Fries were crunchy and good choice of seasoning, the other order wasthe catfish and Elotes or Mexican corn on the cob both very good as well. Prices were reasonable too. I definitely would becoming back. Unfortunately I asked for some ranch with the wings and instead got an extra helping of tarter sauce, not terriblebut I don't have ranch at home. Read more
