Update: 10/7/2022 giving a second chance was even worse than first time. Sign and website say opens at 10am. 10:52am doors... locked. Customer service is lacking. Stood at the front with at least 3 employees and 2 managers who saw us and a couple werejust standing around waited 10 minutes for orders to be taken. This was at 2pm in the afternoon. There were other customersbehind us in line and the drive Thru wasn't super busy. It came across like the drive thru was more important. Only reason wewaited was because my son was with us. I would have went else were for ice cream. The female manager walked infront of us to geta bag for the drive thru and DIDNT even say hello or we will be with you in a minute, she walked around the corner and told themale manager he had to help us, which we could hear him mutter words, then come and help us. The staff was friendly. I ordered the Very Cherry blizzard... The fella said they were out of chocolate chips, so I asked if... they could put some chocolate syrup in. I was confused when I got my blizzard because there were chocolate chunks in there likeit's supposed to be. It was super tasty! The chocolate syrup made it extra! ???????????????? Read more
Nicely staffed place. They move cars through the drive through at a good pace. Like other reviews, our blizzard only had stuff... in the top, bottom half all plain ice cream. Read more
Wow, the ratings here are actually pretty accurate! I had pretty low expectations and I was still disappointed lol. Food quality... was poor, and everything tasted like it had been sitting out for awhile. The chilli dog in particular being very very bad. Ourblizzard had all the mixins on the top, and not actually blended into the blizzard. Read more
This dairy queen is very nice. We love sitting outside by the fire place in the summer but the inside is also very nice and... clean. The people were are very nice and work to get your food out quickly. We haven?t experienced this place be very busy but Iwould assume it gets that way. The drive thru is also nice and they get you through it quickly. The freezer selection is good ifneeding to get a cake or other treat quickly. I definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a cold treat thissummer. Read more
Ordered ice cream for delivery. My order got passed between 3 different drivers. Which isn't there fault but when I called them... to see what was going on they said that someone had picked them up which wasn't true. Then the informed the 3rd driver that theydidn't have the kind of ice cream I ordered. Which again was fine I asked for something else. The ice cream gets delivered andthey aren't even the correct ice cream. After waiting an hour and half for the ice cream that we ordered it wasn't even theright ice cream! Will never order from this Dairy Queen again. Read more
