Visited El Potrero for a girl's night, and was very underwhelmed with the whole experience. To put it frankly, for cuisine that... is known for its vibrant, complex flavors, the food they served was SO bland. The chicken in my combo plate tasted like it wasboiled and for too long, making it tough and tasteless. The cheese sauce was like plastic, and the quesadilla wasn't evengrilled. ???? Basically, it was the same as my uber-borning burrito, just folded differently. To top it off, it is some of themost expensive Mexican food I've ever eaten. Blerg, on so many levels. ????
