I stopped in to buy some crab crackers. There's a manager that's a male, he started 5 days ago. He stopped what he was doing,... and took me to the area where the utensils were. There was no price on the utensils. He told me to take the utensil up to thefront, and let the cashier know his name, and that the price would be $9.99. That is good customer service right there!
