The sandwiches and drinks tasted alright but there was bug larvae in the broccoli. We found a larvae of some kind in the steamed... broccoli and let the management know. He was nice and replaced it for us but he brought out another cup that had larvae in it.Pretty gross and I'll never look at broccoli the same. I decided to venture into this establishment a week ago with not much expectations as I was unfamiliar with the franchise. Upon... entry I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. My first impression of the place was superlative due to its affablecustomer service. This was conveyed to us by a young girl who was congenial yet professional. As a new customer with noexperience she helped me narrow my choices down with her suggestions. Through her advice I ordered the ultimate nacho shareable,the spud max and a few of the sandwiches. I told her the type of sandwich my kids prefer from other stores and based on that shesuggested I get the sweet chipotle chicken for them. Her suggestion paid off and my kids loved their food. My wife was alsovery impressed with her order and said the Lemonade was top notch. As my family was entering our vehicle and ready to exit thepremises I witnessed the same girl who helped my family with my order run outside towards my car. She had brought my wife?swallet that she had unknowingly misplaced within the store. This good hearted action illustrates the nature of the employee ofthis store and restored my faith in the kindness of the people in this world. I tried to reward her for honest with monetarycompensation but she refused profusely. She stated ?I did not do this for a reward? with a smile. I asked her for her name dueto her gracious character and she told me it was Rugoya. Overall I had a quality experience with good food and outstandingcustomer service by that employee. This place has got decent food but the service is lacking immensely! I don't know why it is so hard to listen to your customers... when they tell you to leave tomatoes off their sandwich! I don't know how many times this has happened to me and every timepreviously I've taken the sandwich in and got my money back just for the simple fact that they cant listen to simpleinstructions! It's already completely overpriced I mean $10 for a freaking sandwich really!? This place is just like a majorityof the fast food in this town! Understaffed and under trained, with that being said how is it justifiable that they can chargethe premiums that they're charging! If this food was priced correctly I probably wouldn't even have got on here but when I'mpaying this much for a sandwich I do have expectations and I'm not expecting too much! Read more
I have been pleased with the food previously. I haven't had the opportunity to eat the food yet. I am currently stuck in the... drive thru and have been for 45 minutes. I am sure there is several other customers that are not impressed as well, as they arein the same situation. Read more
