Ordered a large sweet tea with no ice. A man walked out from the store somewhere to stand in the drive thru to glare at me. Then... the girl getting the tea gave me unsweetened tea with a lot of ice. 11-22-22 @1410. Do you even want customers at this location? Read more
Website shows that they're open until 12am on 11/19/2022. We showed up at 10:55pm and were met with the order screen and we met... with no one on the receiving end of the coms box for 5 minutes until the screen went dark. We drove forward to the window after11pm to someone who told us "The GM says we have to be out of here by 12 am and we can't do that unless we close at 11pm." Iwouldn't mind if the website showed they were closed at 11pm, or if anyone had bothered to talk to us after the 5 minutes weattempted to talk to someone before 11:00pm. We would've planned accordingly and not pressured anyone to work 5 minutes beforeclosing, but I do mind because we had to wait for 5 minutes at the drive through before finding out we couldn't order because ofinformation we had no way of knowing. I'd recommend the website reflected their hours accordingly as opposed to the hours theyneed their staff out of the building by. Read more
Supposedly their online system wasn?t working. But the app still charged me for my food. They asked me to go wait in the... drive-through spot and I did for quite a while. No one ever came out to give me my food or to talk to me or explain whathappened. This was horrible customer service on a different level. Read more
Our ice cream melted because they had to park us and made the ice cream first. Refused to make it again, refused to give us... spoons. I know the Hamburgler works for Ronald Mcdonald, but this is ridiculous! Read more
