Ordered Chicken nuggets and french fries. We waited in the drive thru for almost 1 hrs. After we come to the window for taking... the food, the lady did not even turn out to hand me the food, she took almost 5 mins to just hand off the food when it was readyand laying down at the window. When asked for ketchup she almost gave me 25 packes, when i said i dont need that many she waslike they are free take them with an attitude. It was very bad experience. Cashier told me to pull up to the 2nd window even though they were slammed. I drove past the 1st window and did what I was told.... Everybody was acting super confused. Obviously they had the wrong order prepped & the cashier was trying to blame me for HERmistake. Mistakes happen & that?s okay - we?re only human. New review time. Over the last few months they have started to only give things to go. NEARLY EVERY single time I come in here... (too frequently if you ask me) I get my food in a to go bag instead of on a tray despite ordering eat-in. They don't givereceipts half the time and the machines don't ever give receipts. I've brought it up with management, even regionalmanagement... And yet it still continues like this. Ridiculous. Read more
