a bit slow, but i suppose that?s normal for a restaurant near a busy campus. just got a bowl of orange chicken and chow mein... because the wendy?s across the street was ridiculously slow. took 5 minutes or less to get my order entered, paid for, andtaken out. only hiccup was a wait on orange chicken that took 2 minutes. other than that, pretty fast. service was okay. iwent here the day of all-state chorus, and i noticed some other chorus members having issues with their order (i.e. chow meininstead of something else), but went fairly smoothly for me. some of the staff moved way too fast for me, but i still got inand out of there quickly enough to eat and get back to the chorus. overall good place to go and grab some pretty good grub. The noodles and fried rice are always dry and are never cooked enough and the food is always cold as well. The service takes... forever every time I go to this location even when their not busy it takes at least 20 minutes. Read more
I ordered a plate with chow mein. Sandra served me. She proceeded to put a 1/2 serving of chow mein onto the plate. She shook... the plate so the chow mein would spread out. I could see the bottom of the plate through the chow mein. I asked her if that wasall the chow mein she was going to give me. With an attitude she said she would give me "a little" more and proceeded to put 3more noodles onto my plate. I eat here frequently. This was my first time seeing Sandra at this location. Friday November 25, 4pm, Panda Express 1317 Q Street, Suite 140, Lincoln Nebraska. Ordered 3 family meals, each includes 3... entrees and 2 sides. After waiting, I received one bag. We started to leave, just feet beyond the door I thought to ask howmany boxes I should have and how did my order fit in one bag. Immediately brought the bag back into the restaurant to count andasked how many boxes we should have. Ornery staff immediately insisted she gave us everything, she took the position we leftwith our food and now wanted more. My question was how many boxes should we have, not whether she gave us everything. We had 8boxes. We pressed the issue, we had just stepped beyond the threshold of the door when we turned around to count. While thatone staff argued with us my sister asked others to look around, where would the other boxes be? As the ornery staff membercontinued to insist she had given us everything, another staff fished a large bag out of the garbage with the other boxes. Whywould half our order be in the garbage?
