Paid $7 for a large iced cinnamon toast crunch latte with a double shot. Drink was accidentally made hot but no big deal, nicely... let them know I had asked for iced latte, and was given a medium iced coffee instead. A bit sad I wasted so much money on aregular iced coffee (when it could have been free with my sip club membership), and that someone went out of their way to giveme the wrong thing that was easier to make because they were frustrated. This is how much chicken salad they put on a sandwich. They didn't give us the bagel we asked for. And the picture doesn't do... justice to how little salad is in the container. They were busy, but I can wait for them to actually make the food correctly. Read more
I will absolutely never be returning to this location ever again. I understand when businesses are busy, things might get slow.... But McDonald?s would have been way faster. I live out of town and was around the area and decided to get Panera for dinner. Weordered our food around 7:20 and didn?t get it until about 7:53. Given the amount of time they had to make it, my order waswrong. And instead of bread they gave us chips, which I paid for bread just for them to throw a bag of chips on there. I meancome on, how long does it really take to scoop up some Mac and cheese into a bowl and throw a bag of chips on the plate.Definitely not worth 30 minutes of waiting. We asked for a refund, and when the manager asked what we had, she mocked us andsaid ?that?s it? I?ll just remake it?. Neither of us wanted to eat anymore. It took about 20 more minutes to bring out the newfood (that we didn?t want), and when asked for a to-go box, she went to get one and never came back with one. I came for an evening of studying, and it's a good place for that. I'll probably come again sometime. Good atmosphere, not too... crowded, plenty of outlets available. Overall, it was a good visit. The only issue I have is that most of the tables are dirty.I finally just asked for someone to come wipe mine off. I saw other customers either sweep the crumbs off with their coat sleeveor open their computer directly on top of a pile of crumbs. For reference, every table in view in the photo has crumbs, or hadcrumbs before the customer took care of the problem themself. Oh, and the trash was completely full, requiring me to reallycram mine in. So all in all, good place, but could be improved by a little more attention from staff in the dining area. Read more
