Sliced brisket was flaky, fork tender, extra lean, full flavor smoke and seasoning greatness for sure. Gotta try all three... sauces are well worth it, the original has a medium pour with a sweet subtle smoke flavor. Hot & Spicy was well rounded withplenty of kick.
