Not as good as I remembered it. The people were awesome. However, our chicken was overcooked. Plus, I had to purchase an... extra side of gravy for my mashed potatoes. And, I didn't like having to wait in the drive thru line in order to leave when wewere done. We were stuck for about 10 minutes just waiting for the line to move enough to get out. Read more
$120 order we were given 5 sauces after waiting over 10mins " pulled up" in the drive through. Sides were supposed be large but... definitely were not, and only 3/4 full at that. We got home (3-5) drive and that $100+ worth of chicken looked and tasted likeit sat under heat lamps for an hour at least. So, the food itself is always pretty good, unfortunately they seem to be understaffed pretty bad in recent months. They've... gotten a lot of my orders wrong, the wait time is pretty slow, and honestly sometimes the workers just have a "I hate it here"attitude. This location is the absolute slowest! Waited over 30 minutes in a drive thru for just 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. There is no... efficiency and 99 percent of my spicy chicken sandwiches are always missing the pickles. Are you guys out of pickles? Arepickles not a thing anymore? One car in front of us at drive thru. Took 15 minutes to pay. Told to pull to the side after paying $50 for dinner. They said it... would be about 3 minutes. Waited 40 minutes for them to bring out food and it never came. Went inside to speak to someone and noone would come to the counter. They were not understaffed.
