I normally frequent this location as I live not too far away from it and normally have a good experience but lately within the... last couple of weeks, the service has gone downhill. It seems my order is messed up every time I go and they usually are goodabout fixing it and sometimes I just don?t say anything because they are usually friendly. However, there?s one girl that justalways has an attitude. This morning, I ordered two large blended drinks for my boyfriend and myself. We wanted only one with anextra shot and they repeated it back two drinks one with an extra shot. But when we got to the window, we had received one andtold them only wanted an extra shot in one of them and the lady shouts ?REALLY? and throws one of the drinks away. Found Scooters on accident, and I was not disappointed! Fastest service I have ever witnessed at a coffee shop! I got an iced... vanilla maple latte, perfect amount of sweetness with the added coffee boost. I also ordered a maple waffle sandwich, the wafflewas soft, but the flavor was there. I was disappointed with the carmelicious muffin, but definitely not a reason to leave anykind of bad review.
