It takes a lot to get a 1 star out of me. Conor the manager at the Edgewood location did nothing to help us. The mobile app did... not tell us the order got rerouted to a location 20 minutes away. I stood in the mobile order line for 20 mins and instead ofoffering to make it right she told us we had to drive to a different location. We?ve bought coffee at this location every otherday since they opened spending roughly 9-15$. Disgusting that she couldn?t offer to cover a 8$ coffee. I rarely do this but willnot be attending this location. We live 1 minute away from a Dunkin? and they made my decision very easy. Read more
