Enjoyed a fine date here. They recommended a Moscato that was fantastic. The shrimp scampi was very good. My wife's spaghetti... and meatball was a bit spicier than expected. Our service was very good. It was pretty quiet though the place was half full.Would definitely recommend. Read more
Historic building housing a wonderful restaurant with fine Italian food offerings. Service was a five, parking spots tricky to... find in this heritage area; brick walls made for sounds to be bounced around, so if busy it?s not an intimate conversation timeat dinner. Wine list short but good selections. Prices were reasonable. Homemade raviolis delicious and the Italian rolls werevery fine. We were in town for a graduation and from a recommendation from a friend decided to make a reservation to come here. Our... waitress was very attentive, we enjoyed our anti-pasta salad, and the Caesar salads are very tasty. I had the shrimp scampi, Iapologize that I didn?t get a picture before I started to eat it but it was super yummy. Some things were 5 star through and through, some were less - overall, I'm going with 5 as it was a good experience. For an... Italian restaurant, the prices are really good. I got takeout and it was ready fast, the order was correct, and the staff werevery nice. The red sauce was A+ - it tasted like it was made from scratch that day. The white sauce was quite heavy (like theythickened it with flour?) and was weirdly kind of sweet. Not bad, but a little much. The ancini was perfect and delicious. Igot the order with two kinds of stuffed shell, and it was delicious. The ravioli was pretty good, but it tasted like it washomemade but frozen before being reheated (thick dough, which makes sense for ravioli, but doesn't do freezing well). For theprice, I feel like it was a really good experience, especially as some of the food tasted AMAZING. Not sure why all the fooddidn't seem to be at the same level of quality. I'd definitely go here again, but I'd stick to anything with red sauce. Read more
