Terrible. Messed up order, forgot a whole order of wings that I paid for, forgot fries (also paid for). When called to ask... about, they hung up. When I called back, they never answered again! Their wings suck also, very dry and flavors are terrible.Should have made the extra drive to Buffalo Wild Wings. Read more
I've had pretty bad experiences with this location before, but this last time I ordered for the first time their, boneless thigh... bites, and in return the whole bottom half of my to go box was covered in frying oil. Not even an exaggeration. It was like theytook a spoonful of grease and just poured it on. And the majority of thigh bites didn't even have actual meat it was justbreading. I have gotten food from here 2 times and each time there was a long wait and rude employees. The most recent time that I went in... they didnt even inform me my order was ready to be picked up. After waiting past the estimated pick up time I went to ask aboutit after seeing customers who ordered after me getting their food. The worker seemed annoyed and rudely said they would check.Come to find out it had been sitting on their to go rack behind the counter for who knows how long but noone had said anything.Definitely would not recommend this location. Worst wings. Went to pick up. Out of 3 choices of soda. Got home, no dipping sauce, the wings were over done and bland and the... fries were not that great. Called and the person that answered the phone handed me off in the middle of me explaining what waswrong. The person I was handed to literally said "have you not had our food before" lol no I haven't. He continued to explaintheir process to me on how they only cook them for 13 minutes and he is watching the sauce person do them right. Thought maybeit was just me and my girlfriend that got 20 of 2 different flavors bad but no, lots of people on here had the same complaint.Don't see this new store making it if they don't figure out how to compete with even the local bars let alone good places likeBWW Read more

So last night we ordered about $50 of wings and Voodoo fries. The food was good. However, we ordered delivery and here is where... it went south. I understand the no contact thing due to current health concerns but when they brought the food here they simplyput it on the ground on the concrete and didn't even knock on the door. By the time we found it it was almost cold. Who justleaves without a knock. Good thing Ring caught Make Model and license plate. I only have about 350,000 views on Google+.
