Wedding catering? Absolutely save your time and money, use another place. Pretty late at this point, and it's on me, I should... have followed up with them right after our honeymoon - but they catered our wedding earlier this year. We were not happy at all,especially for the price. Granted we made a few menu adjustments, but all the parts that were the same tasted NOTHING like thetaste test we initially had, at all. Some ingredients had changed as well without us knowing, that's fine, but at least let yourcustomer know ahead of time. ON TOP OF THAT, we requested more food than actually needed, and even had less guests than intendeddue to illnesses. However, even at my wife and I's request, the staff still absolutely refused to let guests get extra of adish, or an extra piece of meat(served buffet style). Thanks to that, at the end of the night we were left with at least a dozenlarge aluminum pans of extra food to take home, and even that was poorly packaged - filthy, with grease and sauce all over them.Pans of food leaking as well. Ordered the BBQ buffets for our wedding and we got so many compliments on the food.while I wanted to take all the credit I could... only give it to yes chef!! The food tasted amazing it was anything but ?boring wedding food?! Sooo yummy oh and the twice bakedpotato were awesome! The portion sizes must be huge because we had so much left over but we aren?t complaining about thateither. We had Yes Chef cater a holiday gathering at our home and they did an excellent job. The caterer was right on time, we live in... Roca so a longer drive. The hot food was hot and the salads were crisp. The tenderloin was delicious and more then enough forour guests, great garlic mash potatoes and mashed sweet potatoes, an abundant cheese vege and meat tray, and deliciousdesserts.
