1stly.... when you purchase a drink and you ask for an ice water you're supposed to give 1 regular cup per drink purchased. ... Half the time yall don't understand what a regular cup is..... 2ndly..... I have never in my life seen a Dutch bros take aslong as yall. It makes no sense. How can you possibly take that long?? Every time?? What takes you so long?? 1 drink we have satthere watching take you so long that we figured you had to of been making a drink for every single person in the vehicle and ithad to of been a full vehicle..... big huge 3 seater suv. But when you brought out just ONE DRINK? It's like there is absoluteno friggerin way!!!!! Seriously y'all..... you have GOT to work on 1... your time.... if you were my town you would be gonealready....... 2... listening to your customers.... so many times we need to make sure it is right and send it back in becauseuou still forgot stuff 3... turn your doggone music down for God sakes!!!!! Went there twice this past weekend, both times took forrrreeeeverrr. The lines weren't that long either, maybe 3 cars behind the... one at the window. There were so many employees inside I couldn't understand how it was taking them so long to make 2 simpledrinks with the amount of staff they had. They need one outside taking orders like every other dutch I've been to. The girl whotook my order the second time I was there seemed very annoyed, I asked for a triple iced white annihilator, the one making itcame to the window and said very rudely to the girl taking the order "what is a triple? Like triple the ice?!" The girl takingthe order then looks at me and says: "ya what does triple mean, like you want all ice?!" But she said it SO rude with so muchattitude, it caught me off guard. Service was pretty slow for a busy as it was. Guy taking the order seemed very friendly and personable. At the window they... waited till we were there to start making the drinks, not personable at all. Not my usual experience with Such Bros. I lovegoing to Dutch, but only for the delicious drinks, but for the positive vibes. This one fell short on that. My drink wasn't asgood as I'm used to. Was definitely not what I ordered, since it's my usual, in pretty familiar with the taste and this fellshort of even good. I think they missed the coffee because white coffee has a destinctive taste. So it tasted like oat milk andflavor only. My boyfriends drink was good. I hope next time in town to have a better experience and will update review if Ido. Read more
The gentleman who took our order was really nice, but I had to repeat my order too many times. One of our drinks was still wrong... and it had to be fixed. My coffee tasted a little on the burnt side and took way too long to make. They seemed to be fullystaffed, but they seemed to be running really behind today. Read more
