I ordered 4 chicken chalupa meals and I wanted to substitute the beef taco for a chicken soft taco and instead they put beef and... chicken together and a couple of them and then the rest of them. They put all beef in the tacos and my husband is not able toeat any beef products at all. We came here for dinner and we went through the drive-thru. We were 3rd in line but the line moved efficiently and we were only... in line for about six minutes. We ordered the burrito taco pack consisting of four bean burritos and four tacos with our choiceof hard or soft shells or a mix. It costs $16.00 so $2 each. We also ordered 2 burritos with beef in them. I would have likedto have had more beef in them than they had as they were more expensive. The staff was friendly and efficient. Placed a mobile order for pick up and was pleasantly surprised to arrive to the lobby being closed and having to wait in the... drive thru line for 35 minutes. Upon arriving home, was again greeted with half of the order being made incorrectly. The meaningof fast food is completely lost on this location. The guys who work here are always very nice and get my order correct. The lady today on the speaker was very rude, didn?t want... to listen to ?no cheese, no cheese sauce, vegan, dairy free? and got my whole order wrong.
