Good chicken but...the sauce is so low effort... it's gross. The cole slaw is chopped into a gross...slop...what are you... thinking guys? The bread is..yuck. Continuity of a business relies on coming to terms with issues like this...take it from acook, these aren't good standards for your sides. I asked for extra butter on my potatoes as well as extra barbecue sauce. Beyond that they literally took two whole potatoes, cut... them in 4s and served it as my broasted potatoes. They NEVER serve potatoes this effortless. I called and was met with anattitude. The potatoes are my favorite thing and they were not correct and I didn't get my extras to make it worse. Went yesterday and had 3pc cod, chicken breast, and fried mushrooms. It was all good. Went today and got 5pc whole wings, corn,... and the shack potatoes. That butter sauce on the potatoes is straight crack! Be careful with that stuff. Food today was better.Wife and I will be back again! Read more
Food is beyond amazing delicious. Ordered to go through door dash. Since they used to have a chicken shack app but don't... anymore. Guy notified that my order was ready. Proceed to store, order not ready. Watched no less than 5 people walk in, order,get their orders and leave before my order was ready. Guess I'll just go there and order next time.
