Customer service was subpar. Walked in and two employees were arguing about what seemed to be a quarter. They didn?t acknowledge... my presence for a couple minutes. I've been coming here for over a year now to the point where they know my drink. As soon as I walked through the door they... confirm my drink & start making it and are very friendly for the most part. But there has been VERY FEW times where my icedcoffee has come out watery & tasteless so I KINDLY ask them to fix it (redo it), and the lady would start catching an attitude &starts complaining in her language in front of me out loud (because that's what it seems like based on demeanor and tone whichis disrespectful & not hard to tell). It has been Iike three or 4 different occasions already and I am not putting up with itanymore. I still say "thank you" and I get ignored. I'm unfortunately done with this location although it was a distantconvenience. There's another Hispanic young guy who works there with a disgusting attitude every time but I at least can say hegets the drink right. Otherwise, the ladies work hard and are nice most of the time.
