This was a nice Dunkin' to visit after going to Thompson Park. Had very minimal wait and space to comfortably sit. I recommend... regular coffee, the French is a bit sweet yet if you like that it's a win. Friendly and helpful staff, thanks! Read more
Prob here twice a week. The help is consistently smiling and friendly. Good water filtration on the coffee too.
You need to make sure you check your order. Perplexed how EVERY-TIME I go there they mess things up. These people have one job... and they can?t do that. When someone says ?jelly donut? don?t give them a Boston cream. Read more
I have been ordering from this Dunkin' occasionally over the past 4 years and have yet to be disappointed! Food is always fresh... , order is always accurate and friendly service. I had an incredible customer service experience- I had ordered on the go on mymobile app (which charged me) and it got sent to the wrong location, after I realized it I re-ordered at the counter of theLincroft store and just made a comment about really needing this coffee since I made a silly error. Just as I was about to pay,the manager, identifying that he worked at both locations, comp'ed the coffee for me. Though it was just $2, I was so gratefulfor his kindness. I ordered a bagel with ?extra cream cheese? this morning because everyone knows that Dunkin? Donuts skimps on the cream cheese,... giving a quarter to one half of a real serving. The guy yelled out ?everything bagel, extra cream cheese? and placed mycompleted order on the counter, and when I got to work, I was very annoyed because I saw that not only did I not receive theextra cream cheese that I had paid for, but there was just a tiny bit cream cheese on half the bagel, and almost none on thethe other half. This is why I rarely go to Dunkin? Donuts?because they are cheap (and getting worse about it with theirinsultingly small portions), and they care only about making money I exchange for offering no actual quality.
