This most recent visit was disappointing because the crust was burned. It was so burned that it couldn?t be eaten. That?s never... happened. This is one of the top pizza places in Monmouth county and probably all of NJ. But I am getting better pies recentlyfrom Hazlet. Hope that was just a fluke. Read more

I'm sorry but if you want to charge this much for dough, sauce, and cheese you better make sure you have some secret weapon that... makes your pizza far and away better then every other pizza spot in the area. My family is in the Italian food business inNorth Jersey and I know what quality tastes like. This is not even close!!! They charge NYC prices for average pizza. It's notbad, but if you want to charge this much you better make it stand out. I've gotten burned a few times by them over cookingtheir crust. They don't offer "do-overs". I like the char taste on my burger, not my pizza. Have some pride in what you sendout the door Luigi's!!!
