I really hate leaving negative reviews, especially for what I perceive as small businesses, but I also feel feel customer... service can?t be compromised. I placed my first order with the restaurant at this location, being excited that there was a storelocation for the smaller mall location. I placed my order at 6:38pm through a delivery app. Almost immediately, I received acall from the restaurant that something I ordered wasn?t available. I was completely fine with that because it was a side order.My directive was to simply remove that item from my order, no replacement needed. The person on the phone acknowledged thatrequest. As I?m waiting, I recheck the app and it says the restaurant was ?wrapping up? at 7:20pm and that the delivery driverwas waiting for pickup. The next time I checked at 7:38pm, the app said my order had been cancelled. I assume they closed at7:30pm, but I?m more upset that I wasn?t informed/ or given an explanation why the order was cancelled. I waited an hour only tohave to start my dinner process over again. 2 stars because I wasn?t charged, just asking for a little courtesy. Read more

Arrived excited to have found a place with fried okra. I drove nearly 30 mins to get dried up barely breaded okra. Definitely... will not be ordering Okra from here again. But I will give them credit their name is real...They had great Mac & Cheese. Tenderand delicious. Read more
