First time coming in and service was good very attentive seeing it was busy lady ask if you don't see something in our line that... they will gladly make it and very good upselling. Read more
They need to taste their food before selling it. Because, It doesn't taste fresh and doesn't have that trade mark taste. They... need to slow down and work in orderly fashion as team. Instead of talking orders over each other speeding the customer throughlike it's a rat race. 2 star for now until they improve. Read more

Ive enjoyed panda express over the years. This particular one in Linden is horrible. Not only do they run short on staff and... close down the eating area all the time, but they also refused to let me try one of thier options today 11/20/22. Told me theydont do that here (with an attitude) meanwhile, every other panda ive been to does. What upset me the most is that last time ibrought my 8 and 6 year old here with me, they didnt let us eat inside because they were short on staff. So we had to eat in thecar, and it ruined our trip to eat together in the first place. This panda express needs immediate attention from thefranchisor. Read more
