As a General Manager? I am disappointed in todays meal & the service I received! The GM was rude and unwilling to hear my... concerns.Food came cold and food looked unappetizing ?. Told me he is by himself making the pizza .. sorry in my place ofbusiness I have 2 people by lunch ..I will never be ordering from here again .& I will make sure non of my friends or familywill either?as a manager you need to own up to the problem and apologize and make it right . This Pizza Hut use to be lit when I was kid. Idk what happened. Service was good. But I want the good days where families... actually looked forward to Pizza Hut night. Update 7/5/22 this place has fallen off tremendously. I have gotten people who work here who don't know how to properly take an... order. Once i arrive i have to wait more time for them to fix my order. Today, this happened along with my pizza looking likesomeone tried to eat off of it. Adding pictures because it looks disgusting.
