As much as I love White Castle, the service here is lack luster. My last visit had me waiting over an hour in the drive thru. ... If given the opportunity, I would have gotten out of line and go inside instead. The food as always is fresh and delicious. Ijust wish the drive thru would move a bit quicker. Read more

This location was s terrible! They take forever and then have a nasty attitude. When I asked for my order to be corrected before... I paid because I was charged more then necessary.The young woman with braids and long nails in the drive through wanted to arguewith me about her messing up. So I got mad and instead of paying for the food I drove off. This location used to be great but,there are too many young people working here who have bad attitudes and don’t follow protocol with customers or cleanliness. Iwill wait for the Westfield location to open that is in a different town rather then this location which is a 3 minute drivedown the highway for me. I gave it one star because there was nothing less then that. I wish I could give just a 1/4 star or nostars for the poor service! Read more
