Really exceptional customer service by James, the #2 manager. I had forgotten my credit card, was out of gas, and had another... two hours to go on May 17, 2022. I am so disappointed I went to Sheetz this morning ordered a western wrap which I never did receive and also ordered a ceasar... wrap. I received the ceasar wrap and it was just thrown together. I never has such terrible service before the girl behind thecounter that was making food looked like she was on something Just heard from Sheetz. I don't know why all the negative comments. I spend a week in the area several times a year and love this Sheetz. I stop at... several but this one is awesome. The staff is great. Me and my crew stop in and order breakfast and sometimes lunch and we getwhat we want and it tastes great. I can give harsh reviews but not to this store. My go to place while in Williamsport.
