I'm so surprised at this establishment I was so disappointed with the food not the delivery because my food was delivered ahead... of schedule my disappointment is the food my hamburger was sloppy with wilted lettuce tomatoes and hard bacon. disgusting disnot enjoy at all when I dine in I never had this problem so expected a better result. I'm home sick just thought I would getthe same service. I will never patronize again just turned me completely off. What makes an establishment do something likethis and get away with it. 11/13/2022 Last week we had come to this location for lunch/dinner as we usually do. The host greeted us and asked us if it... would be ok if we were seated in the bar area as the servers were "stressed out!" and they were complaining about havingcustomers seated in their respective sections at this time, we did not want to be seated in the bar area as it was very loudthis day, and asked for a booth in the dining room, he then seated us. The server came to the table and although he was notdisrespectful, he was very unfriendly, anxious, and whispering and was inaudible and remained that way for the entirety of themeal. It was a very unpleasant experience. We then returned to this location, again today, to eat lunch. We walked in and weregreeted by the host, who once again told us the servers were "stressed out!" However, he remembered us and he accommodated us byputting us in the dining room and not the bar area. He then seated us in the last booth in the back, to the right, when lookingat the dining area from the entrance. Had to scramble to find menus and at that time, our prospective server arrived at thetable to announce (paraphrasing), "I don't know why you're even seating anyone there!" "grumbled", gave the host a dirty lookand walked away. We sat there for three minutes dumbfounded and as nobody was paying any attention to us, we got up and walkedout. Ordered ahead online and did the drive up pick up. Food was a little late. Taste was kind of blah. Had grilled chicken with... cheese and bacon..lettuce and tomatoes. And fries. The staff person was nice. Read more
Visited this Applebees tonight with friends. After waiting 10 min to order drinks and another 10 minutes to receive my drinks we... finally got to order our food. I Ordered a burger and when it finally came out about 20 min later, it came out super raw. ( seepic attached) the meat was actually still chop meat and wasn?t even hot inside. I told my server, Tanya, and asked for theburger to actually be cooked correctly. The server replied by saying ?you asked for it medium rare? implying that the burger wasindeed medium rare even though it obviously was not. She took back the food and about 20 min later returned with a very overlycooked burger. Everyone else in my party was already finished eating so now i was left to eat alone. When she came back sheasked how it was i told her it was over cooked but more edible than the last one was. She walked away from me mid sentence anddidn?t even acknowledge what i had said. At the end the server took away the garbage and plates off the table and gave us a togo container but never brought over the bill. When she finally brought over the bill it showed she originally comp?d the burgerand then she re-added it back onto the bill at the end. Read more
