Used to go here alot with friends years ago, food was always great with good portions. Recently it has been getting alot worse.... I went yesterday and ordered the chicken cordon bleu. Apparently, putting a white sauce on fried chicken is the same as Chickencordon bleu. The chicken was still pink inside, portions were smaller than ever, half the menu was unavailable, and none of thedrinks were available. All that for $23. I was so disgusted by the undercooked chicken that was somehow dry I don't think I'llever go back. I don't usually leave negative reviews like this but it really was terrible. Not good. They were having major technical issues (power loss? Fridge meltdown? Not sure, but pools of water on the floor of the... customer side of the counter. The chicken tasted pretty good, but none of the sides (Mac and cheese, stuffing) were worth adamn. Wasn't crazy about the meal and felt kind of blech for a while after eating. Won't be going back. This was my first time ever going to Boston Market. I was instantly greeted by Emily who was insanely helpful after I said it's... my first time because I was taking too long to losing my sides. Maybe it was an off day.. the a/c wasn't working at all. It was very warm in the restaurant. But the food was very good. The... staff was super friendly and very helpful.. and had alot of patience with certain customers. This Boston Market should get thegold star in customer service. Read more
