What?s not to like about this place? After 2 visits I have tried a variety of food items as well as cocktails and everything is... amazing. The tacos are some of the best I?ve had on the island. One of the most amazing places I?ve eaten at lately. Most outstanding experience in this place is it?s energy. Enthusiasm,... attentive service and above all LOVE. It all flows down from the top. Met Christine one of the owners while sitting at the bar.Her bartending skills are top notch. And THEN the food arrived. We chose to go during their happy hour, which was a great deal if you want to go for drinks. If you are a taco person, youneed to give Hermanas a try. Make sure if you are going on a Friday or Saturday night, to make reservations!! Mojito Tried boththe regular mojito as well as the strawberry mojito. The regular was preferred, but both were equally good. Very refreshingmint, & ended up being a lot stronger than expected. Overall, 3.5/5 Strawberry Margarita The strawberry margarita was delicious.It had that typical margarita zing The strawberry flavor came through nice & fresh, nothing artificial tasting about this drink.We also tried the spicy margarita, which tasted strongly like jalapeños, without being too spicy. Both drinks were strong, &refreshing. 3.5/5 Queso Frito Exceptional crunch with an immensely satisfying cheese stretch. These felt like adult mozzarellasticks... both are fried, breaded cheese, but these were much, MUCH better than the childhood favorite. They didn?t feel greasyor heavy & came paired with a spicy dipping sauce that we couldn?t get enough of. 4.5 Roasted Cauliflower Taco This cauliflowertaco is served with a sunflower chipotle sauce and pineapple salsa that definitely leaves you wanting more. The cauliflower wasfluffy with a slight crunch, a perfect base for this vegetarian taco. The tacos are light & rich at the same time, with layersof flavor created from the gentle spice of the chipotle sauce, & a sweet tang from the pineapple salsa.
