The owner is lacking customer service manners. Was not able to serve my sister with her two kids who went with four of us for... the first time. The owner was rushing through order because she was worried about other customers staying in line. In addition,she let everyone know that everything was smooth 5 minutes ago before before a big order for 50 dollars came in. My daughteraccidentally dropped her macaroon on the floor, when I asked to replace it , she said that she did not drop it, it?s my problem!Very rude, unprofessional, Do Not Recommend !!! Read more
The place is a very cute and I think it was interesting how they setup the furniture and bookshelves to give the atmosphere a... more cozy experience. The drinks are unique and taste really good. My favorite is the Coco Loco, like my own dog Coco who isloco lol. But as well that coffee is also really good. Since the first time I've repeatedly went back and tried new flavors withmy wife. Tried Muni?s for the first time today & we loved it! We are from NYC area & were visiting family in the area when we decided to... stop by. So glad we did! The staff was incredibly friendly & helpful. There is a vast selection of coffee and snacks. Weordered an iced caramel macchiato, Vietnamese coffee with coconut cold brew, a couple of macaroons, & shared a turkey, Brie w/fig jam sandwich. All of it was delicious! Can?t wait to come back!
