Im going to give you guys 5 stars because I respect local businesses and I know its hard to run a business but please take my... review into consideration because I am being 100% honest. Im not Dominican or hispanic but I love different cultures foods. Ilive in Lindenhurst so I came here to get a small meal to go. The place was empty and had 1 person working, a young lady who didnot speak any english, im not talking about speaking broken english, she did not speak ANY english at all, which I would betotally fine with if it did not involve having to take my order. I kept saying beans and vegetable because I did not see anybeans or vegetables to point at and she kept pointing to every meal you guys had because she didnt understand me. So because shecouldnt speak english, i couldnt order what i really wanted, i couldnt ask her what any of the food was, and i didnt want to berude and just walk out so I had to just get chicken and rice with no beans and no vegetables. I got a small portion of chickenand rice and she herself threw in a few plantains that i didnt ask for which I am guessing doesnt cost extra because i didnt askfor them so i thought they were gunna be free with my meal since she just threw them in. I walk to the register and since shecant speak english she couldnt tell me what the price was, she kept saying it in spanish although i made it clear i dont speakspanish, so i just gave her a 20$ thinking it should be plenty for a small portion of a tiny chicken leg and rice. (I never seena chicken leg this small before, the leg is a tiny bit bigger than a chicken wing drumstick and im not exaggerating) She gave meback $6 so i was surprised i had to pay $14 for a small portion of a tiny chicken leg and some rice, if your small little platecosts $14 how much does your normal size or large cost? This was a terrible experience and I am writing this review so you canmaybe address these problems and maybe it will help your business run better in the future Read more

One of the best Dominican places on Long Island! Mery greeted us with such happiness and joy it's impossible not to smile around... her. Her customer service is amazing. When we told her we do not eat meat, she offered us everything from salad, to Eggplant, toOkra, to Sardines. She also gave a deliciously sized portions of everything we asked for and made sure to offer us plenty ofsides. She even offered us jugos naturales which are my favorite and the chinola one was out of this world. She also said forSemana Santa you can order habichuelas con dulce to go for those that celebrate! Also, for all three of us the price was dirtcheap so I highly recommend this place! Read more
