Wasn't going to go based on rating. Service was pleasant and fast. Friendly server and follow up. Owner came by to check... everything was good. Breakfast came nice and hot. Even the toast was warm. Restaurant was clean. Portions were good. Homefries were large, seasoned potatoes, not your normal mini pieces. Use Kraft jam/peanut butter. Washrooms were clean and nosmell. Absolutely lovely staff! so much to choose from! The food was hot and delicious. The servers come around to check up on their... guests too. The restaurant is clean and loves the interior. 1. WARNING: do not order any salad from here. I ordered a cob salad and my lettuce was served wet, and pre-soggy, with dressing... on the side. The grilled chicken pieces also came in the form of hard, inedible cubes. I've worked in the restaurant industry,and honestly there's no way that salad should have been passed to serve. 2. After summing up the courage to send it back (I wasnot about to pay $13.99 for a soggy salad I wasn't going to eat), I asked to change my order to their toasted smoked salmonbagel with spicy cream cheese. And wow when you thought it couldn't get any worse, it was just complete falseadvertisement. 2a. It was served on a plain bagel, not everything bagel 2b. Served with plain cream cheese, not spicy. 2c. Thebagel was missing all the the greens (no arugula, as included in the description) 2d. The smoked-salmon was not cured to be thesoft smoky salmon you typically get on breakfast Benedict's, but was seared and left an unpleasant flaky texture. It was justconstructed incredibly poorly and wrong. I didn't have the heart or patience to send it back. Upon paying for my bill the headserver didn't change my order, trying to charge me for the Cobb salad and the rest of my original order. She had insisted for meto keep it as the Cobb Salad, ensuring me that the salad would be cheaper than the smoked salmon bagel, and that she was doingme a favour. When in actuality, the bagel was was cheaper by $3. On top of that, their machines tipping prompts start at 20%,25% and 30%. Which is just the cherry on top, making this entire experience embarrassingly laughable after their food andservice. TL;DR - food was trash, falsely advertised, the service was awful, unprofessional in conversation, with zero productknowledge, and this establishment as a whole was a bit of a scam. Read more

Service is super slow. Ordered 2 coffees and told cold drinks got our cold drinks and then took another 10 mins to get our... extremely watered down coffee. All the meat in there meat lover skillet was cold. The server had there hands all in the foodwhile serving it and we had to ask them for our sides that we ordered and also the sides thatare suppose to come with the mealsthem selves. Who ever is quality control or the manger needs to pay attention more. Or coach there staff properly. The stuffwhere very nice I will say that and near the end of the meal they where attentive.
