The service was good and the food I had was good as well. However the menu shown here was not the same as I saw.
I've never posted a review for anywhere, but I need to say their breakfast service was absolutely horrendous. No one at the... podium (so no instruction at all); I walk in and I'm not helped until I pull over a waitress for her to tell me to just grabsome food (which is fine cause it's a buffet). I have a plate of food, but now I have nowhere to sit. So I have to ask 3 timesfor somewhere to sit; only to in the end push some empty glasses out of the way and take a random spot. By the time I finishedmy food no one had approached me at all, so I had to again ask someone if I'm supposed to pay a check for her to gladly takepriority of that. I ask for a coffee to go and she doesn't move until I finish signing off her tip. After that I never saw heragain for the next 5 minutes. I reached over the counter for a to go cup, asked another table if I could have some of their"complimentary" coffee, and left. I don't know how to sugar-coat this at all. I'm not going to say the specific waitress thatcaused all of this cause that should be management's job to figure out and observe. Great job Hilton on running a show worsethan a Red Roof Inn. Great drinks, excellent service.
In the amazing Hilton. Great location. Food was okay. Burger and salad were just a burger and salad. Nothing wrong, nothing... special? over priced but not so expensive that I wanted to drive somewhere else. Staff and servers were great. Handled largecrowds with class and skill. Bar was busy. Following a superb evening with my organization event the previous night (400+ people)where that event was handled excellent.... The breakfast buffet the next morning was horrible. Several items in the serving hot pans were absolutely cold, scrambled eggs,sausage. With the large crowd after last night's event, there was ONE Waffle grille. The line was soooo long. They ran out ofreal cream for coffee. A lady came out of the kitchen with a bundle of cleaned silverware wrapped in napkins and said "This isit". Obviously if you came to this buffet at 7am it was a nice affair. We came in at 9am and it was a wreck. Not all tables hadchairs. And when a customer was done and left, nobody came to clean the tables. The most deplorable McDonald's would have been astep up. Many others expressed the same feelings about this breakfast buffet.
