There should be an option for no stars. The manager of this store is very unprofessional and disrespectful. When I told him that... the automated register took my money, his reply was" well you should have counted your money before you put it in", and refusedtoo help. Also, for 2 days last week, there was no air conditioning on in the store on some of the hottest days of the summerwhich caused some of the items in the store to go bad. But this did not stop them from trying to sell them. This is the worseroyal farms I have ever been to and I will not be spending anymore money at this location. Read more
The convenience of this location is it allows me to run in quickly to grab something to eat or drink when I'm on the Lightrail... heading to work. My recent trip only had one disappointment which was in regard to the lids for hot beverages. They did not havethe travel lids which close up to prevent spillage. Last night I attempted to purchase 2 packs of Newport cigarettes with the knowledge of the huge sign POSTED on the entry door... advertising $2.50 off when you purchase 2 packs with your robo rewards card. When checking out it only gave $1.00 off so I spokewith an employee who walked out of the store with me to look at the advertised sign to only inform of it not having a date on itand there is nothing she can do. I asked to speak a manager and she informed me that she is the Manager. I said your advertising$2.50 off 2 packs I want the discount. She said she can't help what royal farms posts up she's just the shift manager. I said soyou do represent Royal Farms correct? She said no the is just this shift manager I said false advertisement left the cigaretteson the counter. Took a pic of posted false advertisement and left. Read more
Manager is very rude. He walks away while you're still speaking and rolls his eyes. Also they say online they have public... restrooms but they don't allow delivery drivers to use them apparently. Read more
