I love the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. Great service good food.
I used to work at a Dunkin' donuts, and I know the chemical that they use to spray the oven... You're supposed to spray it, wipe... the oven down, and then burn the rest off... They typically do this at night. Also when you cook something, you're supposed toput it in a little tray in the oven... There is a stone slab in the oven, So if you put something directly on the slab it willburn. There's also settings on the oven... The very first setting is bagel, which will essentially burn anything else... I justordered the sandwich from there, and it tasted of the chemical. That will kill a person. Ingesting oven cleaner. Not only that,but I could tell that they put the sourdough bread straight on the slab, which is probably why it tastes of the chemical. Theyalso most almost likely didn't burn it off at night, before cooking the next morning. They also most likely didn't wipe it andjust sprayed inside the oven. This could have killed me to eat this sandwich. Also this phone number doesn't work. So you caneven call them to let the manager know. Read more
Extremely disappointed Order donuts via Dunkin app. Upon arrival they didn?t have my product. Asked for a refund since items... were already paid. They said they couldn?t refund my money since I didn?t pay the restaurant. Read more
This location is terrible. Every time I order, my order is made incorrectly. Ordered mobile pickup this morning and then arrived... and waited while they looked for the order to begin making it. The point of a mobile order is that it is ready and waiting foryou. That they tried giving me half my order and sending me on my way and I had to ask for the missing items is nuts. The orderwas made incorrectly. This location needs new ownership that understands how to run a Dunkin. Corporate needs to take over. Read more
