Very fast and friendly considering the weekend rush. Only complaint was I had 2 kids who wanted chocolate milk and only 1 left... in the cooler. Cooler was overall pretty bare. Read more
This is one of the nicer Dunkin' locations, primarily because of larger and more spacious indoor seating. It's especially nice... during cold weather months, sitting by their fireplace with some hot chocolate and a donut. Food quality is on par with otherlocations, which is typically pretty solid for quick breakfast food. Staff can vary depending on time of day, some can befriendly, while others you feel they're just rushing you through. Overall still one of the better locations in northwesternConnecticut. Read more
Absolute worst Dunkin I've ever been too. I try time and time again to give them the benefit of the doubt and time and time... again they fail. I've not gotten one simple order correct (besides the donuts). Everyone in there seems miserable and are veryunfriendly. If y'all don't like your job, leave. Dunkin' gets a pass because it's a place to be counted on being open anytime you're in the mood for coffee. I suggest you stay... away in the afternoon until the next pot is brewed. A great central meeting place in the heart of Litchfield, super convenient along Route 202, just don?t expect a drive through at... this location. It?s up to you if you?re looking for a coffee shop that also sells donuts OR a donut shop that also happens tosell coffee. Ha. The debate continues! Read more
