Well, where do I start??? My first time at this location in Stone Crest. First impressions are everything, especially in the... food industry. The young man, who was, I suppose, the greeter was not friendly...AT ALL. My soup was salty (had to send itback). My burger was very good and my daughters Cajun shrimp pasta was, she said just OK. Our server was attentive to ourtable, as well as the other tables he was working. A restaurants score from the Health Department has to be posted in aconspicuous location along with a Safe Service certificate for ALL to see. I noticed this locations score was sitting backbehind in menus on a counter...I did not see the Safe Serve certificate, which is usually posted near the scores. Curbside pickup, food was ready before time. The staff brought food out quickly, although they did forget my bbq sauce, but I... went inside and the staff was available to assist. Had a pretty bad experience here. The server had to be new. After we gave our drink order, it took 20 minutes for the waitress... to come back to our table to take our order. We ordered our apps and mains at the same time. We ordered egg rolls and skilletspinach queso. The egg rolls looked like they were thrown on the serving plate. We ordered our food to go when we made ourinitial order because the server took such a long time coming back to us. When the server brought our food we had to remind herabout our queso. We would?ve told her earlier, but she never came to check on us. She had 30 mins to check and she never came.When we received our queso, it was in a small serving cup. We ordered the SKILLET spinach queso that was supposed to havetomatoes in it as well. The young man at the to go area was polite. I placed and scheduled an order online today around 3pm for 6pm just to be told that... it would be another 10 to 15 minutes. I called 2 times before 5:30 to confirm my order would be ready and nobody answered thephone. When my order was ready, I received a container of ribs and ribs alone. The ribs were room temperature. I was missing 2items from my order. The young lady went and got it and my fries were hot. Yawl have to do better and it's not even packed inthere. Read more
