The service here was terrible on 9/26/22. There were at least 5 people working, 4 preparing the food, 1 taking orders. When I... walk in they were taking a customers order, however I stood in line at least 10 minutes before someone took my order. I was theonly customer waiting. Other employees giggling and laughing together. No professionism, no customer service skills. It tookat least 20 minutes to get my food. No orders in front or after me. Read more
Disappointed this visit. When the line stretches to the entry door and only one cashier is working the registers at 5 pm, that's... a fail IMHO. Get to the register finally and her register can't accept cash. But she can't move to the next register. That'sstrike 2! Get my coffee cup and go to fill it, and the coffee canister is empty! That's what put me over the edge to write this.This wasn't a good experience at all. The staff was unapologetic and didn't value my time. If people would have left the lineand walked out the door, I didn't see anyone who was paying attention. This is a management problem. Do better Stonecrest. I love coming here for business meetings. Our local writer's group in Stonecrest used to meet here all the time. My last visit... was with the Stonecrest Chamber of Commerce and I enjoyed this delicious green smoothie and egg, avocado, spinach sandwich.Great morning starter. Read more
I am incredibly disappointed in my experience this morning. The hazelnut and dark roast coffee were empty in the lobby and I... didn't have much time to wait for them to brew new pots of either. I asked if they could give me a caramel latte instead andthey agreed to do it. I received a piping hot cup and went to work only to discover that I never received coffee at all butinstead just a cup of milk with syrup! Read more

This location is so convenient and pretty fast. This time I got the Baja Bowl with Chicken. I asked for the yogurt on the side... because I was going to eat it later and they followed my instructions perfectly. I love the creaminess of the avocados and allthe flavors blended together!
