The worst experience I?ve ever had! Yesterday (Sunday 9/25/22) I ordered online and 2 of my items was missing when it was... delivered. Tried to call the store, phone line continued to disconnect. I went up to the store and one of my items was there.The other one no one could find. Asked for a refund for the other item and supervisor (Very rude and unprofessional) explained Iwasn?t able to get a refund on the one missing item without bringing all of the food back. I was not about to drive all the wayback home just to get all of the food to return for 1 missing item. That made no sense. I still don?t understand why theyweren?t able to refund the 1 missing item. However they offered to remake the missing food, I accepted but OH they were out ofthe flavor I ordered. SMH so I was giving another customer?s wings instead! My daughter ordered a Supreme pizza with boneless wings. The order was supposed to be here at 10:55pm on 9/9. The tracker said... out for delivery, but we have yet to receive it and now they are closed! This pizza hut is the worst! They are giving the otherpizza huts a bad reputation! Ordered from them at 8:27 it is 10:01 and I still haven?t received my delivery. I called the number listed on Google and they... kept giving me the dial tone after I told them I wanted my money back or my pizza. This is the most unprofessional group of pplever. Read more
i ordered my food at 6:30 and it didn't arrive until 8:30. the pizza was cold. the breadsticks were hard. it was the big dinner... box and there was no wings. both 1 topping pizzas were mostly bread with maybe 6 toppings on each. Read more

This Pizza Hut is the worst I always have a bad experience but it?s the closest location. Today I placed a order at 4:58pm the... tracker stated I would get my delivery at 6:30pm I waited 30 extra minutes before I called the store and to my surprise it saidthe store was closed. Why does the website let you order if the store is not operating?? They also took full payment for myorder. I called customer service and they stated that this store should not be closed and that they are open until 10pm. I wanta full refund and im done supporting this Pizza Hut. Read more
