We visited here 9/7 at around 5:30pm. First impression was terrible, no greeting the hostess was dry, not attentive at all. We... was seating and it took another 10 min before anyone even acknowledged us. I have worked it food and hospitality and Iunderstand some places are short staffed, but someone should at least acknowledge the table. It wasn't very busy, the table andfloor was dirty. We went to sit on the patio instead, as it was a nice day outside, but the hostess let us no we couldn't usethe patio. Our server Jay, was ok. The food was really good. Wish I could leave 0 stars but can’t. Me and my family 4 of us were trying to dine in the hostess was kind but as soon as we... walked in an elderly white woman was very rude asking the hostess where are you gonna sit them as if it wasn’t plenty emptybooths so the hostess found somewhere to seat us and he was pulling up an extra chair for me to place my babies car seat in thenthe elderly white woman again yelling across the restaurant you can’t seat them there so we decided to just leave because ifshe was going to end up being our server that already wasn’t a good experience from the jump and if you don’t want to doyour job quit. Did you see the water? Good, because it was the best part of the meal. I ordered the new Steak and Frites. Don't make the same... mistake. I decided to try something new so I placed my order and asked for my steak to be cooked medium. When it was served itwas well done and cold. The Frites were also cold, so I requested a replacement. The replacement was hot and cooked correctlybut the steak was quite small. I had ordered a side of fried shrimp to go with the meal, they were heavily breaded. You can seethe size difference in the picture. My wife got the pot stickers and a full rack of ribs. She also ordered a Long Island Icedtea. They served her a different drink that was similar and charged us more than what was ordered. They said that they were outof the ingredients needed to make what was ordered.
