I come here at least 2 times out the week for convenience and the food is always great! Great service and good atmosphere.
Another waffle house "CLOSED" but they're 24 hrs. The guy told me they have to clean, but him and the lady are inside sitting... down on their phones. SMH. I guess they need help so bad they'll pay people sit down and do nothing and refer them to the wafflehouse up the street. Read more
We went to the waffle House on panola and Covington highway it was horrible. The waitress was irritated she had to stop eating... and waiting on us. She put our food order in continued to eat and forgot our waffles. She was sitting close to us so I asked herabout our waffles. She stated to me when they are ready they will let me know and I will bring them to you. After we had ourfood and still no waffle she finally stops eating and goes over to the waffle station and drops our waffle. I asked to speakwith the manager. He was the same guy laughing and giggling with the waitress and told me that she can eat. I stated not whileshe's serving customers. He looked at me as if I had said the dumbest thing. Then the waitress slaps our ticket down on thetable while he was standing there and walked away back to her seat and continued to eat. I told the manager this wasunacceptable and his reply to me was 'well'. He had his name tag covered up I couldn't really see it so I asked his name and hesaid bye. I told him where he could go as well. We probably removed ourselves and left the food that was delivered on the table.I asked for corporate information although I know I can find it myself and I will and he refused. He is not management materialnor is the waitress capable of providing service in a professional manner. This is the waffle House I believe 6100. There was agentleman outside he stated he saw in her what happened and that's why he does not claim working at that restaurant. He statedand need a job I don't like working there it is a total mess and an embarrassment to the waffle House franchise. I will becontacting corporate to have this manner conveyed to them on how they need to improve and remove some of their staff. There wasone young lady that was very nice. She came over and tried to assist us. We didn't have the proper silverware to eat with. Ourwaitress was more concerned about getting back to her plate. I would never go back to this location. Just went to order breakfast at 7:15am...doors are locked. Workers are inside looking at me through the windows. Neither of... them said anything. I called on the phone multiple times and no one answered. I will not be back to this location. There werealso others wanting assistance. The workers need to be trained on customer service because this was terrible and not a goodrepresentation of your company. Read more
