I ordered online and on the ordering page it says it will take 30 min. I made an order waited..... Waited..... And waited. . ... Until an HOUR later, I checked my tracker on my pizza wondering where is it. Called the dominos multiple times about my order,finally on my third call they pick up and inform me that my order is being prepped and made now. AN HOUR LATER. And will be doneand ready 15 minutes. Use to order ALOT from here, but lately EVERY time we order something is wrong!!! How hard is it to put buffalo sauce on a... buffalo chicken pizza. 3 times in a row we got a dry chicken pizza. ???? Far from the best Dominos experience that I have had. The majority of my delivery orders took over 30 minutes to be delivered... despite living about two blocks away from the store. While it was nice to receive a few free pizzas as a result of this, it wasstill annoying knowing that I was such a close delivery. In the interest of time, I just started to place my orders for pick upfor the last few months before moving away. Read more
Pizza arrived 1h 35min after I placed the order via the dominos app. Pizza was cold. Driver said he is the only one working that... day. Very unhappy and contacted customer support for a refund. When I called the store, it took a good 10 min before someonepicked up, but after I told them my name just hung up on me. Will most likely not buy Pizza from Domino?s again.
