Terrible delivery service period. Ordered from doordash site (Wendy's )about a year ago and the driver ordered everything wrong,... and looked like it had been stomped all over. Accidentally ordered on the Qudoba website for delivery (was not made clear it wasdoor dash delivery, which I will not intentionally use) placed my order with Qdoba Eagan, submitted, and it then said it wasdoor dash. the order kept getting pushed back in time, by the time we got our food it was an hour and a half later. it wasmissing part of the order, the driver left the order outside my apartment complex, did not deliver to my door, and my $60 worthof food was cold. when I said something the driver blamed Qdoba, and the Manager of Qdoba contacted door dash for me to get arefund. As it turns out the driver Brandon for some unknown reason drove 15min in the opposite direction of my place to dosomething then delivered me my cold food. Door dash is terrible! Read more

FROM THE DRIVER'S VIEW July 12, 2021 From the driver's view, the company... is broken. A good friend of mine was a Doordash driver. He liked this job SO much, he quit his regular job to deliver food. Ialso signed up to drive because of him. Unfortunately, I found there literally is no training. I looked on Youtube for mytraining, but since SO much was missing (I had too many questions), I never started working with Doordash. Fast forward a couplemonths later, I have learned this... My Doordash driver friend told me he would routinely see orders sitting, waiting as ifthere is a disconnect from the restaurant's orders and the drivers. We feel there should be a "confirm" on the screen to alertthe restaurant that a driver has accepted the order before preparing the order. The worse part of all! My friend suddenly foundhe was deactivated for potential Fraud. He is in shock, disappointed and cannot understand how this company would ever think hewould do anything wrong. Now, he is unable to work with Doordash and this now is his only income. Also, they won't tell himwhat might have been the issue. Be forewarned, however, if you do a tiny amount of investigation, you will see that you shouldwork for any company besides Doordash or better yet, maybe start your own business. Read more

I never asked to cancel my order. It was your driver's mistake for dropping my order off at another location. Now he refuses to... bring my order to me.They charged my card, I never received my order and now I have to wait 5-7 business days to get my moneyback. Horrible customer resolutions and very unhelpful customer service agents. I promise I will NEVER use your services everagain... Read more

Worst Company ever They would be more than happy to take your order and promise you and normal delivery time. Then you wait and... wait for them to find a driver. Food is COLD for siting at the restaurant for an hour while looking for drivers. never again Read more
